Anchoring the gazebo to the ground is essential! There are several effective methods for securing a pop-up gazebo. Here are the main options:

You can select the 15 kg or 28 kg cast iron weights, ideal for situations where the pop-up gazebo needs to be moved frequently or doesn't require permanent fixing. These weights performed flawlessly in our wind tunnel tests!
For securing a gazebo on soft ground like grass, consider the fixing kit, which includes tensioning straps and pegs. Choose the 4-piece set for a gazebo with 4 legs or the 6-piece set for a 6-legged gazebo. It takes just a few minutes to set up, resulting in a stable structure that holds up over time.
For even longer-term stability on soft surfaces, use screws of at least 40 cm in length to firmly anchor the gazebo, even in challenging weather.

For maximum stability, all three solutions can be combined!

To ensure the effectiveness of our weights, we used them to secure our pop-up gazebos during wind tunnel testing. They passed with flying colours, withstanding wind gusts of up to 100 km/h! Read the test results here!

Fixing the Gazebo to the Ground With Screws

If drilling holes in the ground is not a problem for you, we have thought of something to make your work easier... The feet of our pop up gazebos already have holes for screws, so you don't have to drill them.
Simply follow the points below to anchor your pop up gazebo securely to the ground and don't worry about bad weather anymore.

Hard surface: on asphalt and pavements, use at least 10 cm long screws.
Soft surface: for lawns and in gardens, use at least 40 cm long screws.
